Coulis of berries

Ingredients (for 4 people)

  • 2 cups of choice red fruits (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, blackcurrant)
  • 2 or 3 tablespoons of sugar masquerade
  • 2 cups of oatmeal
  • Coconut grated to taste
  • 1 cup of filtered water


Place the red fruits in a pan, with the sugar and heat until you reach the desired consistency. On the other hand, place the oatmeal with the water in the blender and blend until it is a cream-like consistency.

Serve in glasses or small bowls: First the oatmeal cream, and above this, the red fruits. Place grated coconut to taste.
