Juice of green apples, pears, kiwi and celery

For 6 people

Ingredients

  • 2 green apples
  • 2 pears
  • 1 kiwi
  • 100g of celery
  • If desired, it can be sweetened with sugar.
  • Garnish with cilantro or mint

Elaboration

Peel the apples and pears, removing the pit. Place in the blender with the celery, sugar and water to taste. Liquefy. Serve in custard and garnish with cilantro or mint if desired
