- 500 gr of crushed lentils
- A pinch of salt.
- Varied vegetables (Onion, garlic, red pepper, green pepper, carrot)
- Varied spices (black pepper, oregano)
- Olive or sunflower oil.
The vegetables are sautéed, then the crushed and cooked lentils are placed. After the dough is made, the hamburgers are put together. If the texture does not convince you, you can pass them through bread crumbs or oats, and if you want you can use an egg. For vegans, chia seeds can be soaked. It will form a sticky substance that can be used for rolling. Once the hamburgers are assembled, place them in the oven with a little oil of first pressing in extra virgin cold.
