Pears and warm raspberries with cinnamon and cloves

  • Pears
  • Raspberries
  • 1/2 cup of sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup of honey
  • 2 tablespoons dried oats
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 4 cloves


Peel the pears and place them inside a pot with a little water, cloves and cinnamon. Cook them over low heat, until they soften. Remove from heat, and when the preparation is cold add a part of the honey.

In a pan, brown the sunflower seeds and oats. In another pot, put the raspberries with a little lemon juice and water and cook until you make a sauce. Remove from heat, and when cool, place the other part of honey.

Serve one pear per dish and decorate with oats and sunflower and raspberry sauce.
