Vegan yogurt with almonds or nuts

This is an excellent choice for breakfast or snack. To start the day with energy and it is very easy to prepare.
Ingredients for 2 people
- 15 almonds or 15 peeled walnuts
- 1/2 banana
- 2 apples
- Red fruits
Preparation
- The night before, let the nuts soak.
- In the morning take out the water and clean. Place all the ingredients in the blender.
- Blend until a semiliquid homogenous mixture remains.
