Vegan yogurt with almonds or nuts

This is an excellent choice for breakfast or snack. To start the day with energy and it is very easy to prepare.

Ingredients for 2 people

  • 15 almonds or 15 peeled walnuts
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 apples
  • Red fruits

Preparation

  1. The night before, let the nuts soak.
  2. In the morning take out the water and clean. Place all the ingredients in the blender.
  3. Blend until a semiliquid homogenous mixture remains.
  4. Serve in Copones and ... Enjoy!
