Porridge with oats banana, chia seeds, strawberry and blackberries

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 1 and 1/2 cup of oat milk
  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • 1 banana
  • 1 handful of strawberries
  • 1 Handful of berries
  • 1 kiwi
  • 2 tablespoons of chia
  • Cocoa
  • grated coconut
  • cinnamon powder

Preparation

In a saucepan place the oatmeal milk, oats and 1 tablespoon of grated coconut. Bring to medium-low heat for 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. When the oatmeal already has a creamy consistency, we remove it from the heat and place it in a bowl. Over cut the banana, fruits, and chia. Serve warm.
